Sign-in fix for invited users, and reliable Microsoft calendar sync

A user invited to a team could not sign in until they belonged to one, which failed with a server error. Large Microsoft calendars also sync reliably instead of failing partway through.
Bug Fixes
- A user who has been invited to a team but does not yet belong to one can sign in. Previously the attempt returned a server error.
- Microsoft calendar synchronisation completes on accounts with a large number of events, instead of running out of memory partway through and leaving the calendar partially synced.
